It would be more time consuming and the audio quality might suffer a bit but, I'm just before connecting a cassette deck to the audio output jack on the computer and recording the audio in real time. These computers also should have a "force program to close and forced uninstall" option but, that would be too much like right.Īs far as the 429 error, I don't know how to get rid of it (if it can even be gotten rid of). There should be a law that states that any program that is installed must be able to be easily removed without an act of congress. This morning, I spent two hours messing with it and the longer I messed with it, the more I cussed and the louder I got. This included booting up the computer in safe mode and removing the program that way (that didn't work) and going into task manager, removing processes, and closing it that way (that also didn't work). I followed the instructions online for removing it.
I then tried to remove it from my computer and kept getting "can't be removed because the program is open somewhere else", or some such nonsense. I did and, apparently, it won't run right on Windows 7 and I keep getting error message upon start-up. Then, someone suggested I install RealPlayer. I don't know if it will eventually unlock or if I'm banned for life. I tried everything I know of to get rid of it, without luck. I waited 24 hours and it still won't work. "Response dada code does not indicate success: 429 (too many requests)" I found the above mentioned program for downloading audio from Youtube and things were going great until I suddenly got this:
